Thoughts tend to pop up in ones mind. Thoughts that, at first glance, seem to have nothing to do with the activity at hand. As such, the moment usually isn't there to traverse deeper into those thoughts and they tend to go forgotten. Unfortunately since these thoughts tend to disappear, they don't go on this page. Only the ones that stick do, the ones that stick but haven't had a chance to evolve into an idea yet. Think of it as a place holder for stuff i don't know what to think of yet.
2006-04-02 Universal Attraction
As far as the Moon is concerned, as long as i'm standing on Earth i'm part of its mass so i'm part of its attraction, its gravitational pull. Now if i was to somehow find myself on the Moon, Earth would consider me part of the mass of the Moon. Last time i checked i wasn't tied to Earth by anything but gravity, so how does gravity know to what to add my weight? My idea is, in no way restricted by any knowledge on the subject, that all atoms have the range (gravity has) but not the intensity (to be noticable). When lots of atoms are together, their pull overlap and intesify eachother. Now, the Sun reaches to the end of the solar system, even beyond Pluto. This would mean a single atom has a pull to the end of the solar system. Why would it stop there? I'm guessing it doesn't, that the reach is (dare i say it?) infinite. This would mean that every atom in our bodies has a pull on every other atom in the universe, and that every movement made by anyone or anything affects everything in the universe. Well, that is big. I might make a page about this if i've done some more research, only if it doesn't show i'm totally wrong (which it probably will). Don't hold your breath.
